The Director of the Online Campus at St. Luke’s lives out the Wesleyan understanding: “The world is our parish.” This director will advance the vision and mission of the church by engaging people near and far and at all stages in their faith journey. This will be accomplished by working across social media platforms and digital communication tools to form pastoral relationships, build an online campus community, and to implement a holistic digital discipleship strategy that empowers people to grow in living an embodied faith. This ministerial role is both pastoral and technical as it will help inform our digital/communication presence and outreach strategies.

The Director of Contemporary Worship is a passionate, faith-filled worship leader who can help take our contemporary worship attendance from 350 to 700-plus. This leader is committed to building volunteer teams to lead dynamic worship in a community that values diversity and inclusion. This director relies on their experience in leading worship but is always looking to learn, innovate, and collaborate. The director has the ability to play and/or lead the instrumental and vocal sides of worship, as well as architect a meaningful worship experience that empowers the worshiping.

The Director of Mosaic Ministry is responsible for providing accommodations or programming for our special needs children, youth, adults, and families to fully take part in the ministries of St. Luke’s. They help to create a loving and safe environment where individual needs are known, the appropriate support is provided, and growth in faith results. This role is a crucial part of our culture of inclusion and will be called upon as we continue to make modifications to our building and adjustments to our program to ensure that greater numbers of special needs children, youth, and families can be served. This role supports our Elementary, Preschool, Youth, and Adult ministries, but also serves overall as a leader in accessibility and disability awareness for St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.

The PDO teacher is responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate program in accordance with all policies and procedures set forth in the Staff Handbook. Teachers must be highly energetic and focused on providing a loving and engaging environment for children. The ability to be a team player (with co-teacher and staff) and build positive relationships with children and families are key components to our program.
