In Honor & Memory of Poinsettias

Each year, we put poinsettias in our worship spaces to remember and honor our loved ones during the Christmas season. Registration is now open for this years poinsettia remembrance.

Angel Tree

Every year we come together to be angels by sponsoring and supporting hundreds of children and their families with Christmas gifts and household items. Donated gifts are collected by St. Luke's volunteers. Participating families in need come to our special St. Luke's holiday store on Saturday December 21 from 10AM-4PM to shop for their family.

We are offering 3 ways to be an angel:

  • You can sponsor a child by purchasing gifts (return gifts to the church by 12/15)
  • You can volunteer to help sort and setup gifts (Sunday 12/15 and Friday 12/20)
  • You can give a donation to support our Angel Tree mission

FAQ

The parking lots will be busy as guests arrive and depart, with many excited children. Please keep this in mind and follow the directions of our officers and parking lot ushers. Please be courteous and watch your speed. We'll utilize a one-way traffic flow in our North Indy parking lot, with everyone using the main entrance on 86th St. (see diagram below). North Indy drop-off will be located at Door 1 and pick-up will be located at Door 6. Overflow parking for the 5PM and 7PM services is nearby at Spring Mill Elementary School (8250 Spring Mill Rd.) and buses will provide transportation to St. Luke's and back between 4PM and 8:30PM. The parking lot at Midtown is small, so know that overflow parking is located across the street in the lot next to Kilroys. There is also street parking available, and it is free on Saturdays and holidays.

Doors to the worship spaces will open 30 minutes before each service is to begin.

Walk-ins are welcome. However, the 5PM services are at and/or near capacity. If you have not reserved a seat for that service, we recommend attending at a different time.

Activity stations are set up at the North Indy campus in the East Passage and will be available for families to utilize during the 3PM, 5PM, and 7PM services as well as at the Midtown Campus in the nursery at the 5PM and 7PM services. These are interactive activities designed for parents to participate in with their children. Families are welcome to come and go from these stations as much as they need to during service. There will also be busy bags for worship.

For the 3PM North Indy Family Service, we'll have a special needs seating area in the Gathering Area outside for families to participate in a quieter way.

At the 5PM North Indy campus only, we'll have a limited nursery available for kids aged 2 and under. Contact Amy Boles, our Director of Kids Ministry, if you plan to drop off your child.
